Council Seeking Community Feedback on Draft Walla Walla Flood Study, Created - Thursday, 1 December 2016
Residents can view the Flood Study documents at the Walla Walla and Culcairn Customer Service Offices until Friday, 23 December 2016. Alternately, the document can also be viewed on Council’s website here.
The draft Walla Walla Flood Study has determined the extent and impacts to which flooding affects the township of Walla Walla.
Written submissions will be accepted by Council during the exhibition period and all submissions will be considered prior to adoption of the Flood Study. Any submissions received will be considered public documents. Residents have until Friday, 23 December 2016 to make a submission or comment on the draft plan.
Council staff and field consultants will be available at the Zion Hall, Commercial St, Walla Walla from 4.00pm – 7.00pm on Tuesday, 13 December 2016 to discuss the flood study and accept community submissions.
