Jindera Community to contribute to flood study

To help mitigate the effects of future floods at Jindera, Greater Hume Shire Council has contracted GHD Pty Ltd to undertake a flood study and prepare a Floodplain Risk Management Plan for the town. The study will produce detailed flood mapping which will assist in developing flood mitigation options, confirming those areas suitable for future development and for the setting of minimum floor level heights.
