What is Nature Journaling?

“Nature Journaling is collecting and organising your observations, questions, connections, and explanations on the pages of a notebook using words, pictures, and numbers.”

Our purpose is to encourage participants to Slow down and connect to nature through curiosity, noticing and journaling.

Undertaking nature journaling as part of a group enables participants to be inspired by each other along with the beautiful natural surroundings. Some participants are keen to develop their artistic skills, while others focus on mindfulness and improving observational skills. It is a personal endeavour undertaken with the support of others and it’s a lot of fun!

Come along to one of our sessions to discover the benefits for yourself. We have some journaling resources available but feel free to bring your own.
