Published on 14 April 2025

A planned interruption to water supply will impact customers in Urana Street, Jindera. Customers have been advised via a letter box drop if they will be impacted during this time period.

The interruption to supply is required to repair a leak in the DN300 trunk water main.

The interruption to supply is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, 15 April 2025 between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm. Full interruption to supply is estimated to be for a period of 3 hours.

Varied pressure and volume may be experienced when the water supply is initially reinstated.

Residents are requested to have ample water in reserve to cover their requirements during the water interruption.

Any residents that have a special water need such as home dialysis should contact Council immediately for alternative arrangements to be made.

When the water supply is reinstated, air and sediment may be mixed with the water which will result in the water appearing milky/dirty in colour. Water should clear after running an outside tap for a couple of minutes.

Council apologises for any inconvenience.
