Customer Relations Coordinator

As the Customer Relations Coordinator, you will support, mentor and oversee the Customer Relations team to ensure an efficient and effective level of customer service is provided to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Leading Council's Customer Relations team to provide outstanding customer service

· Recruitment and onboarding of new team members

· Innovative and creative thinking to enhance Customer Relations operations

· Researching and/or providing training opportunities for the Customer Relations team

· Developing and implementing processes based on best practice and stakeholder feedback

· Coordinating external services, including Services Australia etc.

· Organise and coordinate Library and Youth services (refer to the Position Description for additional information)
