Ben and his family moved to Henty in 2016, settling on a property just outside of town. Since then, he has been actively involved in several community groups, including the Henty Park Tennis Club, Henty LHAC, Henty Football/Netball Club, Henty Respite Trust, and the Fischer Community Leadership Advisory Group.

Through this volunteer work, Ben has built strong community networks and gained valuable insight into the needs of local organisations and the challenges they face.
