We are searching for an early childhood professional who is looking to take the next step in their career to lead and mentor Greater Hume's team of educators across the Culcairn and Henty Centres.
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the two services, ensuring a high quality of education and care is provided. This position also oversees and manages the curriculum for Culcairn and Henty Centre, ensuring relevant regulations are met across both sites, leading both teams and building strong relationships with teams and families at Culcairn and Henty.
To assist with meeting the expectations of this position, the Team Leader will work alongside a passionate and experienced management team to support a creative, nurturing and compliant environment within Greater Hume Centres.
